Paper Defoam Agent

DEFOAM-DAP is a high quality fatty alcohol type defoaming agent that removes the foams produced in the process of sheet forming. It can be used in a wide range of pH values and at high temperatures.

*Not affected by the temperature and pH of whitewater. Effectively destroys and inhibits foams.
*Does not affect sizing and prevents pin-holes
*Even a small amount produces sufficient defoaming effects
*Improves overall papermaking process and physical properties of the product

Usually, so many bubbles & foams can be occurred easily during a paper making process, and it causes unexpected troubles for paper qualities like a poor bonding force. This kind of problem can be eliminated by using some defoaming agent when we prepare a slurry stock.

1) This is a water-based defoamer and can be used for multiple purposes of industry. It can be worked under a wide range of pH & temp., and have no mineral-oil content in it.
